Michael Thomas is President, C.E.O. of Westcott Thomas. He has established his reputation in executive search, specializing in senior corporate, municipal and association management. Entering the executive search field in 1965, Michael has acquired more than 30 years experience in the search field. He joined James W. Westcott & Associates Limited in 1970 as an Associate, and became President, C.E.O. in 1986. |
| He
has demonstrated considerable expertise in organization analysis, development
and training, and has been a keynote speaker and seminar leader to a number
of conferences and corporations.
He is a Past President and has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario from 1979 to 1990. Michael is also active in many other professional and community organizations, including the Canadian Association of Municipal Administrators. |
