A. Firstly, our work is almost all at the $50,000.00 + range. Geographically, with the exception of our U.S. clients, 75% of our work is for Ontario-based organizations.

Q. How much do you charge for your services?

A. It varies, depending on the degree of difficulty, but ranges between 28% and 33% of compensation, plus disbursements.

Q. How long has the firm been in business?

A. The company was founded by industrial psychologist Jim Westcott in 1969. Known by many as "The Dean of Industrial Psychology," Jim retired in 1986.

Q. Why do you have Regional Offices in Huntsville, Ontario?

A. For our purposes, Huntsville is ideally located midway between Barrie and North Bay, allowing us to be with our clients in either city in just over an hour.
